Well,at least there was a study supporting my self prescribed medical marijuana, even if it was just done on rats.
I have sleep apnea, aggravated with copd respiratory problems. I have been too a sleep
analysis clinic, and will be discussing their test results with my VA medical provider at my next clinic appointment in June. I will try and get my medical provider too prescribe marijuana as a sleeping aid.
Since the Justice Department has announced that Marijuana is a medicine, still don't
know if there are issues for Doctors that prescribe pot, especially at a Federally funded
clinic, but if there is a problem, will have too get my prescription through other medical sources. When I have the prescription in hand, will then have the prescription "listed"
on my medication record at the VA.
This will be a way of documenting and setting a precedent in the VA unless others have already done this.

This is a fantastic list of the beneficial use of marijuana, so my friend I thank you for posting this. Maryland is probably long ways away from being a medical marijuana state, but ill be the first in line to apply when it is.

Thank you, McGruff and HEY MODS!

I wanted to thank you so much, McGruff, for posting up my list! I always love to find an older version at unfamiliar forums. However, this list's time has come and gone. A new, much more extensive list is waiting in the wings.

Hey mods! I posted up the intro to my list and I got the "holding for approval" message. And the intro disappeared into the black hole of post purgatory! Can I have my intro back? Pretty please? :D I would really like to post up the new version of my list. Or do I have to start over?

And I have a question for you. I give away FREE copies of my list to everyone who emails me at a certain address. I read in the TOU where no selling or trading is permitted- but I am giving it away- absolutely free! Will I be banned if I offer my list free to your readers? I usually show the email address like this iwantthelist (at) whateveritis (dot)com (that's not it, incidentally, so don't even bother trying!). They email me, I send back an attachment- nothing more. There is also a google document of it and a facebook page. Would the addresses of those be permitted in a post?

I didn't make it, someone else did. I think you have to be a member a while longer before you can have pictures in your signature. You might want to check the posting guidelines, and see what they say. :)

    Nice sharing.
I agree that health care administration and health information management are among good options for a career in the business side of health care.

That's why I love marijuana, it has helped me with my ADHD so much. I use to be jumping around all over the place but now I can actually sit still.

Yeah I can say that weed has helped a little with my ADD. I no longer have to take that shitty prescription drug. Weed just kind of helps me focus on one thing and not want to do anything else. But sometimes if I focus on the wrong thing while im high I forget to focus on the original. So if im using it to help me focus I can only take 2-3 hits so that I just get high enough to focus but not forget.

Weed also helps me deal with my orrid back pain I have. And also helps me deal with what I would consider insomnia, but i dont know if it acctualy is insomnia.
