Working out while high

    Anyone have any positive and or negative stories from working out while high?
    Personally I've found i have my best workouts while i am high i don't know if it has to do with being more concentrated or what the cause is or perhaps it is just coincidence just curious if anyone else has had similar results.

    i feel like i can lift more cuz my muscles dont feel like their on fire but i feel really funny benching when i am high also if your trying to get big i heard marijuana makes your testosterone levels drop

    Working out high is brilliant, I find I can do twice as many as I normally do. Also find that the more my muscles burn, the more motivation I get to do it. I wouldn't do bench presses. Just stick to dumbbells, personally.

    Is also a great feeling when you stop and just sit there, I can feel my muscles slowly relaxing.

    Seeing as I'm a girl, working out tends to be running or swimming for me. Swimming would be amazzzing high, but I haven't had the chance to do so.

    Running I've never attempted because A. I enjoy sitting and relaxing and B. I'm not sure I'd be coordinated enough? Maybe outside but def not on a treadmill like I have in my house.

    However I bet if I were able to run outside I'd end up having a great run because I would just love the nature around me, be happy instead of focused on hating running, and would forget how long I'd been running so I'd end up running longer

    Its way easier to work but way harder to get motivated

    I've had great work-outs while buzzed up.

    Personally, I only work out after giving my lungs some time to clear the recently inhaled smoke so I don't get tired as f**k after two minutes.

    I'll give myself maybe a half hour after tokin' before I start to jog or lift weights..
