RANT- Sorry guys ha

I've got a 19 year old brother, has this mentality he's better than everyone else. It's his way or the highway basically, refuses to pay back my parents for his tuition after he stopped going 3 weeks into school, ($1,300) instead is using the money on useless shit, 4 piercings, new articles of clothing and doesn't respond to texts or phone calls. Does things on his own time, and sleeps all day. Just needs a fat ass attitude adjustment and is WHIPPED over his girlfriend. We can't really do much at this point, it's actually gotten to where I have to act like the parent and take things away from him, things that are mine obviously. I feel bad the way he's been treating my parents lately so I'm not letting him use any of my shit, kinda like a punishment? Idk... He cracked my ipod touch, brushes it off doesn't know what happened to it. I took it away, he goes in my room again, takes it and I told him he can't use it anymore unless he changes his attitude. Right thing to do?? idk.. Sometimes if that brotherly love bond wasn't there I could beat this shit out of him sometimes. One day I had to walk home in the rain because he wouldn't wake the hell up and come get me at the car shop, 4 minute drive max. How fucked up is that???? Does anyone else have sibling problems?? I think he needs counseling..AGAIN..
